Jakarta Typical Plants will Be Planted Based on Regional Names

Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Dept. will adjust Jakarta typical plants program with regional names in Jakarta.

Jakarta KPKP Dept. Head, Darjamuni expressed, this idea is came from some urban village heads on the field. They propose a program to adjust Jakarta typical plants regarding its regional name.

"Based on that request, Jakarta typical plants will be adjusted according to regional names," he said at City Hall, Tuesday (2/20).

Such as gandaria tree that will be planted in Gandaria Urban Village and Kapok tree in Kapuk Muara Urban Village. "Those two urban village are okay with this plan. We will survey plant locations later," he informed.

He added, his side still needs time to realize this concept. "Maybe we will implement it after Eid in this year," he conveyed.
